• Applicant must be a Palm resident to be able to apply and hold The Pointe Preferred Palm Resident Card.
• Visit www.ThePointe.ae to apply for The Pointe Preferred Palm Resident Card.
• Applicant must upload their valid tenancy contract and/or ownership certificate contract to complete the application.
• Application will be verified within two working days.
• Applicant will be notified on the application confirmation and location of card collection via email.
• Applicant is required to present a valid emirates ID at The Pointe customer service desk in order to collect their personalised Preferred Palm Resident Card.
• Expiry date on the Pointe Preferred Palm Resident Card will reflect the expiry date on the applicant’s tenancy contract.
